Weddings at Langtry Walk

The Ultimate Guide to the Fourth of July

Any gatherings of 50 or more guests will be considered a Full Wedding.

Special Moments are made more meaningful with a special venue...Langtry Walk is one of Vancouver Island's most unique settings with its rustic barns and expansive walkways meandering throughout the property. Your guests will love the quaint heritage charm of the original structures while strolling along the expansive grounds.

We want your day to be absolutely perfect! Our team will work to ensure that every detail is in place for your special day. To ensure flawless execution of your event, Langtry Walk is happy to recommend experienced vendors to assist with your vision. Catering must be approved through Langtry Walk management.

We're here to help make your day perfect.

We want to ensure you have a perfect day with amazing memories that last a lifetime and with that, we believe that everyone deserves a positive and supportive experience planning their wedding. Our Operations Manager Misty Olsen has received her certificate with the Equality Institute and is LGBTQ+ Certified. She has also completed her certification with the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. (WPIC)

Make your day, your way.

The Harvest Room + The Grand Hall
Combined, these two areas are great for accommodating all events at Langtry Walk.
The Harvest Room is the perfect setting for your seated reception dinner of 60 guests. This room is where many of our couples enjoy the dinner portion of their evening. After dinner, dance the night away in the Grand Hall. This breathtaking space is approx. 3000sq ft and is equipped with a bar and refrigeration. As an alternative, the Grand Hall can be set up to host a seated dinner of 60 and then stripped for the reception/dance. When combined, these stunning rooms can accommodate larger cocktail-style events of up to 80 guests. The Grand Hall and Harvest Room can be decorated to suit based on a pre-approved plan submitted to management.
